SV SRF Ribeye Filet w/balsamic and red wine sauce on bed of mixed greens salad

Options
Playing around more with the SV.  Thought I'd give two SRF ribeye filets a go.

Went 129° for around 90 minutes.  Little salt and pepper, butter, into the bag, and into the pot.  I meant to pick up some rosemary and thyme at the grocery store, but I forgot.  Still tasted pretty good.

Here's the story....

1 - The lineup

2 - Ready for the hot tub

3 - Taking a bath

4 - Getting personal here

5 - Hanging out, getting ready for the CI skillet to get hot in the medium Egg.  Butter and garlic is for spoon goodness after first flip.

6 - Sauce is coming right along (and making a freaking mess on the top I just cleaned).

7 - Looking mighty fine

8 - I couldn't decide on which on I liked, so I posted both.

9 -  They're done..

10 - Made some herbed scalloped potatoes to go along with the steak

11 - I like the way this dish came together.  Simple mixed greens (arugula, chard, spinach salad with simple vinaigrette)

Thanks for taking a look!
