A T-Bone Even SGH Would Appreciate
Brisket was on sale for $4.19/ lb for USDA choice. I asked my butcher to hold 3 16+ pounders. I got there and I got a 19 lb, 17 lb and a 16 lb. All were never frozen. They were also processing some T-bones so I told then cut me off something about 1.5" - 2" thick. It weighed 2.1 lbs. I got the mini max going, added some oak smoke and brought it to 126°. Added in a baked potato and life is good.
