Pour a bunch on, then taste, then pour a bunch on, then taste, and so on... Also have some extra so some people can put even more on. It's even better if you put Elder's slaw on top.1 · -

Re: Butt starting now - start ribs now or add later?
I would suggest planning so that the ribs are near done when you want to eat them. I always FTC the butt for 1-4 hours prior anyway, so I plan accordingly. There is plenty of fudge time with the butt.0 ·
