Butt starting now - start ribs now or add later?

I am doing a 8# butt turbo @ 325 and a rack of beef back ribs using APL's recipe (3.5 hrs @ 325). Should I start the ribs when the butt goes on and FTC the them as the butt finishes, or start the ribs three hours after the butt starts in hopes of them finishing near the same time?

I would suggest planning so that the ribs are near done when you want to eat them. I always FTC the butt for 1-4 hours prior anyway, so I plan accordingly. There is plenty of fudge time with the butt.
