    Had I known that by buying an Xl BGE , I would end the 10 year drought in Texas I would have done so long ago! Rained over 10" since I purchased last week..Still managed some great ribs, burgers and the best rib eye I have ever cooked. Dog is up for adoption after sneaking off one steak prior to cooking. Too tough to cook, dog that is...Very glad to be here, have learned tons since I have been visiting the forum. Purchased the stainless steel cap and really love it..Pics when I figure it out!!
