Man-oh-man! I grew up eating those fish and LOVED them! I will eat catfish, or a nice mess of large bluegill or red ear - but fried crappie is heaven in a pan!1 · -

I'm no wine expert, but pinot noir is a burgundy and goes better with beef while white wines are more commonly paired with poultry.3 ·
