Re: How much lump?
I always fill up the firebowl every time whether low and slow or hot and fast. I have no problems reaching high temperatures on a large BGE. Any leftover lump gets reused on the next cook.1 · -

This is what I do. Cedar plank salmon seasoned with DP Raging River. I cover it with thin lemon slices as well. Glaze or not, your choice. Instant winner.1 · -
