    Cooked a great brisket this week and have plenty of leftovers. What is you best Brisket leftover idea??

      Did chopped bbq brisket baked potatoes, then made chili from our recent brisket.  Could also make tacos (breakfast-mixed with egg, or chopped by itself or cooked in salsa) nachos, tamales, flautas/taquitos. Many possibilities.

      Room temp in a dog bowl.  =)

      Even though out of season, chili is the best bet, to hide the dry shoe leather texture.

      Dillas, burritos, breakfast burritos.  Tortas.
      Sammies with onion and tiger sauce.  Texas meets B'more thang.

      Tacos, nachos, will dry it out even more.  No bueno.

      chop some up, crisp it in a cast iron pan, add a fried egg and cheese and chili garlic sauce, between an english muffin.  best breakfast sandwich.
