Re: Thawed too much, can I freeze again?
Why not just go ahead and cook them, let cool, vacuum seal or pack tight in zip lock to freeze to have ready for another time. I've done that before.3 · -

Looks good , but you have more patience than me I go to 250 to 275 and get it done in 8 hours . I can't keep mime at 205 that long. I do turbo when in a hurry and get it done in 6 cooking at 325…2 · -
