I had no problem adjusting it (there is a little tab that makes it easy to adjust) with my finger. It didn't get to hot and I have cooked on it and adjusted it, from 225 degrees to about 550 degrees.1 · -

Another vote for Hawaiian rolls. The sweet rolls compliments the pulled pork. Always been a winner with the guests. Plus they are fairly cheap at Costco. Expensive at regular grocery stores though.4 · -
