Cold smoked cheese.
It's my first go at cold smoked cheese. I used the a-maze-n smoker with hickory pellets. A total of 8 lbs of cheese for 5 hours. Hopefully it will turn out ok.3 · -

Ribs seasoned with Dizzy Pig Dust and Sweet Baby Rays. Cooked with Fogo lump and apple chunks.1 · -
Cornish Hens
Cooked up 6 Cornish hens seasoned with Tastefully Simple Rustic Herb Seasoning and used Fogo lump charcoal with pecan chunks.2 · -
Left over brisket.
Leftover brisket, Sweet Baby Rays, mozzarella, fresh coleslaw rolled up in a tortilla. Not a bad football snack.2 · -
