I know they have a fancy name for this. It just has holes in it for me. :woohoo:
First baste with garlic powder and butter.
A few minutes later with Parmesean Cheese.
Got to have scampi.
I will layoff on the bread pics. :P

I was gonna send $$ for blues hog but now I want bread & shrimp. If your cooking that in Atlanta I know where I'm camping out. Nice one Mike.

No bread, but plan on cooking scampi at the after party.
Blondie loved it in Oklahoma, long story but it was fun.

Let me know about the jerked ribeyes. I'm working on a 2 bone jerk pork chop and would like to trade thoughts.

You staying at the Comfort suites?

Your breadsticks look extra dry. They made of sawdust or something?

The very finest sawdust, from LR's house. And yours? Recipe/tecnique/pic. Give me something that says you are better cook. Anything Paul.

WOW. I'm not sure what looks better. Send me some of each, and I'll let you know. :woohoo:

Hey Mike,
I'm getting the impression you like scampi.....and breadsticks LOL.
At the beach a few weeks back I boiled up a bag of fresh from the dock to my moms freezer to the pot a few weeks later shrimp and downed all but one sole survivor (that honor went to the brother in law that just got back to the beach house).......probably 3 pounds unpeeled.......kinda hard to stop.
I like shrimp too.... :woohoo: -
Mike what is the recipe for the shrimp? They look great!
Jeff -
Bread sticks look great! Could you please post a link or perhaps some details of the recipe? Thank you!
-
It was by far Kent.
Thanks, Mike -
Couple months and you'll have some. :woohoo:

I'd rather deliver in the middle of winter.

That sounds like a nice place for mom to live.

Those were canned, I by them unless I need to make some bread. When I make homemade it is just regular bread out of the KA Mixer book.

Thanks Jeff,
Those are cooked a sizzling platter like you would find in a steak house.
I put a thin layer of EVOO on the platter.
Peeled shrimp.
I melt a garlic/butter paste and pour over the shrimp. Enough to cover.
Capfull of Rinute Lambursco Wine.
Juice of 1/2 medium lemon.
S/P to taste.
Top with parsley.
Cook Direct at 400 until done.
