So, what's the Special Sauce drizzled on in a spiral at the end?  Looks delish!

They do a drizzle of their sweet sauces at no additional charge. This one is sweet and sour, but there are other options, such as honey garlic.

    Great spot.

Local store has a box of “Dubai Chocolates” next to the cash register, and this afternoon on a whim I bought a bar.  I was very impressed (‘cept with the price), and Wikipedia tells me it was developed by a chef in UAE, a Belgian chocolate shell filled with pistachio paste, tiny noodles of phyllo dough fried in butter, and tahini (quite the combo).  UAE did not have a trademark agreement with either the EU nor the US, so they’re made everywhere now, it’s become a generic term.  Some tic-tocker made them go viral and supposedly caused a shortage of pistachios.

Spiedo Bresciano: pork ribs, bacon wraps, chicken wings wih sage leafs and plenty of butter on a mega rotissiere.
Chicken wings are a modern substitute for the more traditional use of small birds (thrushes or others) that is now illegal. Served with polenta.

Highly suggest you find a local store that carries them, if you're interested.  The Man in the Brown Shorts™ just delivered a box I had ordered, it's only 87º out right now and it was in the shade; ugh, what a mess.
    This was highly disappointing.   :|

    some I-985 corridor goodness.

the eatery at jaemor farms. hall county.  add pimento cheese to a blt.  multiple cake options to round out the sack lunch

frida cantina in clayton ga. fried avocado tacos. counts as a salad in my book.

blue hound barbecue in dillard ga. spare ribs, pimento cheese grits, broccoli something. they are killing it.  spares were clean and perfect bites. when you can alternate dipping spare ribs in “appalachian” white sauce and some of their other sauces and make your own lemonade and peach tea arnold palmer… oh man.  a therapeutic meal.

@JohnInCarolina - do your table mates question the required pics?
    Great looking banquet right there.
Someone's expense account is taking quite a hit!

There were three of us, and we were all taking pictures of the plates.  Each one was like a little piece of art.

It was a seven course meal paired with four cocktails.  The bill came to 140 Euros each.  Very reasonable considering what we got.

It was in the Michelin guide but I don’t think it has a star.
