    I never claimed they were fishing. I’m just saying that boat had zero chance of making it to the US. You don’t even know if those drugs were headed to the US. Could be headed to an offshore freighter headed to Europe. 

    Even if it could make it to the US, drug offenses do not allow for capital punishment. Are we going to start shooting smugglers at US Border checkpoints?
