What are your thoughts about Trader Joe's?
I've been to a couple in CA years ago, but none since.  Salt Lake City has one, but 45 minutes is a bit much for a grocery run.  They started building one last spring about a mile from my place, was pretty happy.  
Visited this morning at 9 am, place was pretty full (duh, Botch, they all got the mailed flyer like you did yesterday!)  I always thought it was a la-dee-dah boutique grocery with high-end brands, but soon realized all the goods were their own brand.  I half-filled a basket with different things I wanted to try, and it was only $25.  The place reminds me of my local health-food store, but a lot cheaper.  Really nice cheese selection, including full-fat, low-moisture mozzarella!    Ah'll be bahck[/Ahhnold]

For anyone, really, but you came to mind when I thought of recommending these artists, @Ozzie_Isaac.

Ali Farka Touré and Toumani Diabaté. Both incredible West African musicians. 

It was fun taking the kids there when they were little to find the lobster. Now it is about not getting caught looking at the various designs of yoga pants.

For me, TJ’s is good for specific things. I wouldn’t do my main grocery shopping there. We like to go there occasionally and just walk around to see if they have any new stuff. 

Same thoughts - love TJs for certain things, but selection can be limited.  Prices are great for what they have.  Quality is usually pretty good also.

Their gluten free options are really good.

Another +1 to this.  We always have some TJs stuff around and will replace when we use it up.  I find that most of their prepackaged veg doesn’t last, so it can be rough to shop for more than a couple of days ahead.  

Plenty deep enough in to the season now for the strugglers to show themselves and quality start to count.  An international break next weekend, which means no break at all for most players, just several hours on flights and perhaps a trip home to see their Mum and Dad.  The table suggests that Arsenal really are the full shilling this season, motoring along at 2.5 points per game and the top three has a familiar look.  Sunderland and Bournemouth remain interlopers in the top 5.  At the foot Wolves already look adrift and are without a manager, while Forest and West Ham are blocking the promoted teams out of the bottom three - at the moment.

Spurs vs Man Utd, have Utd finally powered up?  One defeat in six suggests the jump pack can be removed and the engine might settle in to idle with all cylinders firing.  However, on the bright side, Spurs have gone all Spursy - huzza! Normal service has resumed with their pleasingly hit and miss performances.  Can’t rule out a draw but form nudges me towards 1-2.

West Ham vs Burnley, starkly and despite this match being the 11th of 38, cit ould be pivotal for both teams. Away win leaves the Hammers six points below the dreaded dotted line, but they won last time out.  The Clarets really do have to play like they mean it or this could be the start of an intractable descent. 1-0

Everton vs Fulham, 14th host 15th - so make of that what you will. Neither team are compelling in any regard and mid-table obscurity will suit them both. 1-1 

Sunderland vs Arsenal, the leaders travel north to visit the 4th place Maccems. Obviously the movie script see a home win, but the Gunners are different gravy this season. Losing will bring no shame to the hosts and neither will it impact their trajectory towards safety this season, as with 18 points already they are going to have totally flatline to not find another fifteen with 28 games left. 0-2

Chelsea vs Wolves, not wholly convincing and an ever changing starting XI would usually make me cautious about the Chels’ but they confront Wolves, so 3-0. 

Sunday

Villa vs Bournemouth, as positive as Villa’s recent weeks have been the Cherries are a classy outfit, showing how £200m should be spent. Their 5th place represents zero luck.  Villa won last night in Europe and the double game-week tax nudges me towards a a clear away win. 0-2

Brentford vs Newcastle, Toon are languishing in 13th and I suspect Eddie Howe retains his managership by virtue of the European performances, as it can’t be the league form keeping him in the big corner office.  Really does have draw stamped all across it, 1-1 if both teams can actually score, which is far from certain. 

Palace vs Brighton,  ah - it’s that time again.  El Gatwicko.  It’s a rivalry not a derby remember.  Merely one point separates the two teams, with the Filthies points starting to come through more reliably now after a shaky start. Palace played in Europe last night, but it was a clear win and goals are flowing, 11 in the last four. But, it’ll be nervy and cagey until the hormones take over and it goes all nutty.  1-1 - just because, OK? 

Forest vs Leeds, two text book Sean Dyche draws in the last week suggest he is gaining traction across the previously moribund Forest squad.  Another here would be OK, but Leeds will be in the hunt.  Taking home the 3 points to Yorkshire will be a huge boost.  No quarter asked or given in this one, all blood and guts. But 1-1.

Man City vs Liverpool, the Reds seem over their made-cap few weeks and sit in 3rd.  City are not quite the team they once were but hold second place in the league  and have resources that exceed all others.   Away win inverts their positions, home winning could see either out of the top six, depending how other games go. So some jeopardy, but far from terminal in either case. Citeh feel too solid to lose, and the Reds’ defence is fragile.  2-1.

My wife’s experience has been no. She was good for about 8 months post surgery and then it all flared up again. She does all of the recommended things, sinus spray, saline mist spray, rinses. All kinds of things. Afrin works best lol
