What cut of pork do you use for that @Canugghead ?!?

@BeanHead Loin, cannot use tough cut like shoulder since it'll be cooked hot n fast after painting with whatever rub/marinate at game time. Also making some loin bacon, long overdue.
Edit: my bad, you can use shoulder if you mechanically tenderise it first.canuckland -
@BeanHead If you want another kitchen toy, I highly recommend this Italian one, built like a tank. Stay away from the cheap stuff you see on amazoid.

@lkapigian Yes, that's the manufacturer product video. The most challenging part is getting the knife tip to exit at the opposite slit. To double skew you just skip every other slit on one side.
