New hydraulic hoses for the dump box cylinder on the Kubota. The Kubota dealership makes new hoses on the spot.

One was leaking. Constant drip even when parked/off.  I figured I would just replace both.

Water repair. Customer backed into the water spigot at 6:00 in the morning.  After I was done working on the hydraulic hoses I noticed a river running through a section of the campground.  I guess he took his travel trailer for a joyride last night?  Tried kicking him out. The cops have been here twice. He barricaded himself in the camper. Waiting for him to get his camper off site so that I can call in an excavator to dig down the 6 ft required.  I'm fixing the access tube for his water shut off as it was filled with rocks and dirt.  I was able to isolate just that site.

had one go on a 70 ton jack last week, good thing the guy using the jack was wearing glasses. he was literally soaked head to toe with hydraulic fluid. that jack has a big recoil type spring so it emptied everything at him.

    Urinal drain
    Learned about closet spuds

    Shower drains
    Gross

    Bathroom sink faucet
    Stupid

I fixed all without calling a plumber. I assume I made myself over $1,000.

Taking shape nicely. I am intrigued by all those wires coming out of that outlet in your second pic. Could you enlighten us!

Lol soooooo I'm kind of a nerd, the house is wired now for a 48 port ethernet switch, each room has 4 ethernet cables ran to it plus 1 coax. The coax will be for the antenna in my attic connected to a 8 way splitter/booster. Also I pre wired for a 11.2 stereo setup in the living room, ohh and 1 fiber cable running from laundry to that spot just in case.

If you believe me I have 1km of ethernet cable ran on my property according to my math.

Thank you, every step of the way I contact someone to do it for me. Everytbing costs thousands and I end up just doing it myself lol.

No one will do as good a job on your house as you will (nor as cheaply), provided you educate yourself and apply the knowledge accordingly.

    Good on you.

Fixed wife’s Bronco windshield washer fluid pump. Actually replaced it. Cost me $2 after using Ford points. Dealership wanted $300 minimum. Interwebs have videos on how to. Took me a little over an hour, majority of it was removing fender liner without taking off the passenger front tire lol. All to find out the pump wasn’t bad, but clogged. Changed it anyway.

Replacing my newest tire. Standing water was hiding the end of a curb and gutter and now I have a bubble on the sidewall. I will be glad when this fashion of big wheels and skinny tires is gone.
