    @kl8ton,
    AI Overview
Yes, Cutco, through its parent company Vector Marketing, still recruits young people, including high school students, as independent sales representatives to sell Cutco cutlery and kitchen accessories.
    Here's a more detailed explanation:
    • Independent Sales Representatives:
Cutco products are marketed through independent sales representatives who conduct in-home demonstrations.
    • Target Audience:
These representatives are often young, including high school and college students, who are recruited to sell Cutco products.
    • Sales Method:
The sales process typically involves starting with friends and family, then branching out through recommendations, all through one-on-one demonstrations.
    • Vector Marketing:
Cutco is marketed by Vector Marketing, a company that has faced criticism regarding its business practices and recruitment methods.
    • Criticisms:
Some former independent contractors have accused Vector Marketing of deceptive business practices, including vague job advertisements and a commission-based pay structure that is not always clearly explained.
    • Training:
Sales representatives are loaned knives for demonstrations and may receive knives as prizes for sales achievements.
    • Independent Contractors:
Those who work for Vector Marketing are independent contractors and are not reimbursed for the time they spend at training sessions

is that the same as metoprolol. they changed my meds so often a few years ago i dont remember what they did to me and why they changed each one. i was tipping 185/107 at one time. losartan put me on the floor in a tight ball for a few hours, that one messed me up, lisinapril had me falling over backwards. diuretics worked best for me in the end as well as stopping all pain killers for my back. hope they get you back on track quick
This reduces heart rate, not blood pressure. They also gave me a diuretic shot to help clear fluid that had built up in my lungs. I should be fine now though it might indicate a future pacemaker like my dad in his early 80’s. Nature clears space in the end.

the diuretic i was on lowered my heart rate about 40 beats a minute as well. i stopped taking it last year and it stayed low enough since.  i believe it was the ibuprofen ive been taking for the last 40 plus years for sciatica problems that was doing me in. my doctor had me on a ridiculous amount, stopped taking it last year and the sciatica pain went away, as well as bp and heart rate problems. left with eliquis for dvt and occasionally a vertigo drug. vertigo is going to be the one that kills me i think

Thanks guys. Not so proud of the install part. I put the forks on the tractor to lift it up onto the deck. It's a touch on the heavy side, lol. Went to put the tractor in the garage for the night as we have a foot of snow coming. Forgot the roll bar was up, it has been outside the last month so I had just left it up. My garage door header is 6" lower than the top of the roll bar. Needless to say, I need all new flashing.....again.

Sucks, but remember, we all make mistakes. In the grand scheme, this is a small one, however disruptive.

@poster At least you didn’t panic and wheelie it over! You are as bad as I am about over sharing. I caught the rops on a huge tree branch wearing a baseball cap and hoodie and sunglasses, I wasn’t sure what the heck happened until I looked up.

In the midst of the first lawn mowing of the year, it's going to take some time.

Nope, I would not admit to something like that for at least 6 months.

Haha, ya the spatial awareness needed on these things is pretty intense, especially when around tight areas. Add a big rear attachment on and it gets even worse

Ordering a new washer fluid pump for the 21 Bronco. Warranty is expired and I’m not paying for a “diagnostic appointment” when I know what’s wrong. $26 and a couple of hours of my time. Part should be here by tomorrow

I stopped at Walmart this afternoon to grab oil and an oil filter. I usually stock up on oil filters to have extras on hand but I wasn't sure where I was at with oil filters at home. I'm a Supertech whore when it comes to oil and oil filters. I believe their Supertech oil is actually Pennzoil. They come out of the same factory. (Warren) Rumor has it that Supertech oil filters are actually Wix. The only oil and oil filters I've bought for the last 10+ years. They were out of the oil filter I needed. (Why I usually buy 3-4 at a time.) No sign of oil filters when I got home.

So I run to O'Reilly and buy an oil filter through them. I go home and change my oil and filter. I turn on my truck and I hear something like a slight air leak. I shut off my truck and look below. I have oil everywhere on my garage floor. Ugh. Not only do I need to clean up 3+ gallons of oil off my garage floor, I need to go out and buy new oil and a filter and pray it's something simple as a bad oil filter.

I go back to O'Reilly and buy more oil and a Wix filter this time around. I once again change out what was left of the oil and drop the oil filter. I add the new oil and oil filter and say a prayer. The truck fires back up and we are back in business! No leaks! Just a bad oil filter.

Now it's 11:30 and I'm just about to start the oil change on my wife's car. I can already tell it's going to be a long fun day at work tomorrow as I was hoping to done 2-3 hours ago. Fun times!

The “like” is for moral support. That really sucks. Never had that happen, but it’s always been a fear of mine. For cleanup, I hope you had some absorbent powder on hand. Is it possible the filter was an incorrect size? About to do three oil changes this week. Two of the three cars feature an oil filter on the top side of the engine, but the third has a very awkward side mount that makes it very tough to change without some spillage. I usually wrap the filter in a bag before unscrewing to avoid drips.

Hope the change on your wife’s car went a whole lot smoother!

@WeberWho Can you explain how a bad oil filter leaked all your oil out? Just curious.  Also when I lived in Raleigh I had a buddy who sold corrugated paper board to Warren and he said the same oil goes in the name brand jugs that goes in the Warren jugs.

Hey thanks. My wife's vehicle was a breeze. I usually always have 2-3 bags of kitty litter on hand for spills. I only had one on hand. I did have 3 old shower towels in the garage that I was able to use to get the majority of oil cleaned up initially. I ran over to the grocery store and grabbed 20lbs of kitty litter to absorb the oil. (That's after I realized in the parking lot of the grocery store that I was still wearing my old crappy clothes that I switched into for changing oil and my wallet being in the pants at home that I wore that day. It was just one of those days. I live only a few blocks away from the grocery store but an inconvenience nonetheless.)

I've never brought in any of my vehicles for a, "professional oil change". This is the first time I've ever had an issue while changing oil. I was a little worried it was something more than a bad oil filter.

I do love those oil filters up top of vehicles. My sisters vehicle has that and it makes it a breeze!
