This month’s theme: International BBQ! Bring your A-game with your best animal-based protein dish (bonus points if you throw in a side too). Any cooker is welcome, but leave the Texas BBQ at home this time! 😉

Here's the rundown:

  • Cook submissions: Post 09/16 - 09/23 in the official thread. (Submission Link)
  • Voting: From 09/24-09/26, votes will be tallied, and the winner will be crowned on Friday, September 27th.

🎉 The Grand Prize? The legendary, totally nonsensical Measuring Cup (you’ve seen it in previous threads)! And rumor has it, @Ikapigian might be throwing something extra into the prize package!

Remember, it’s all about having fun, so don’t take it too seriously and make sure to share your creations! Let’s see what you got! 😎🍖

    I was just messing around with different sizes and made a few extra, had then for a couple of years, just gathering dust. I have a smaller version. I have seen some people use for drumsticks also

    You sent me a popper rack ages ago, I still use it for poppers.  Works good, core it, stuff it, wrap it, and stick it, cook it, and eat it.

    The rules say the contest starts on the 16th.  That's a great looking dog, but is it legal?

    Dang, you are right!  I should have allowed submissions right away.  I will consult with the committee ...... committee says they will allow it, because poster is French Canadian.  They don't understand our USA date format.

    Would you please clarify the term BBQ @Ozzie_Isaac? Does this mean any protein cooked on a smoker/grill in any manner? 

    I have some ideas I’m tossing around.
