Pan seared duck breast with mushrooms

I scored two lovely duck breast from the butcher today so decided to cook them with mushrooms. Pan seared in the MMX then roasted over mushrooms, the latter rubbed with Dizzy Pig Red Eye Express. Full recipe here:

Margret done right. Fantastic cook and documentation. Never cooked directly on the plate setter like that, but may have to give it a go.

Thanks folks.
@GrateEggspectations doing direct on the PS for the skin sear is using the Egg as a hob, i.e. direct heat. Then adding in the SS grate and raising it makes it direct, so more like an oven. It's kinda a neat trick I use it on other cooks too where I need to sear first then roast.
@Botch I had to Google that.

I cooked these again tonight but with duck legs instead. I also swapped out the butter and red eye for a dash of toasted sesame oil and added half an onion, diced, to the mushrooms. This took the dish to a new level-----------------------------------------------------------------------
