Posting a simple stand-alone thread in hopes of attracting more members-
Going in 7.7 lb SRF plate ribs on the LBGE-
Off the BGE and on the board-
And now the $$ shot-
Too easy-5.5 hours at an average dome temp of 270-280*F. Spritzed (mix of ACV and water) around every hour after the first 90 minutes. toothpick test for the win.
