Might be time to invest in a gravity feed cabinet smoker. You’ve been slinging some pork my friend.

@MaskedMarvel here is what I use. Not as stout as CGS setup, but it has worked well for many years.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Yeah thank you - one of the things I appreciate most about that one I listed is the sheer “heft” of the thing. I am nervous about lighter weights. I’m using it in a near commercial capacity over here.Ozzie_Isaac said:@MaskedMarvel here is what I use. Not as stout as CGS setup, but it has worked well for many years.

On my XL I have had two pork shoulders on it. It sags a little, but holds. However, if I was regularly doing that and could get the CGS one, I would go that route.MaskedMarvel said:

So awesome. Can’t believe people still have those, or still have some and haven’t used them!WeberWho said:

It wasn't CGS but I want to say it was some place out of Texas? You're 100% correct about it coming with a collar extension.Canugghead said:IIRC someone in the original forum 'invented' the stacking contraption? it was offered with a group discount and I bought one. I suspect it eventually became Smokeware?
Edit: it came with a short collar to increase the height of the upper grid.

I want to say they ended up being around $25 with shipping. Super cheap. I've had one attached in my large since the initial purchase, one in my parents large, and one boxed up somewhere yet. -
That's a legit concern. I have a similar setup for my XXL with the brace holding an XL grate as my second level. It definitely sags some an I have really put a lot on it. Probably the heaviest thing is one brisket.MaskedMarvel said:
