Picked the first ear of Bodacious sweet corn tonight. Just smeared it with butter and microwaved it for about 4 minutes.

Lamb riblets dusted with a mix of kosher salt, cumin, and one of my favorite rubs for lamb. Made salsa with grilled pineapple, garlic, lime, habanero, and tomatoes. Homemade corn tortillas (which turned out farkin’ awesome). caliqueen threw together a corn and black bean salad type thing, that pulled it all together.

Just some prime rib eyes, potatoes and salad here. Caesar salad and a basil, thyme and garlic compound butter not shown here.

Smoked a butt with peach wood for BBQ baked potatoes. Sauce ala JIC, spuds are Idaho Russet (of course) and some coleslaw. It was a good one.
Wife made some breakfast tacos on the Blackstone that were great.
