Besides reminding me that we have a bunch of absolutely phenomenal cooks on this forum, I am also reminded that I have very poor picture organization skills. Wish I had a better system.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Yup @caliking … not fond of the order thing either. And totally agree about the phenomenal cooks here.

Still remember this fatty. One of my better bacon weaves. Had a bunch of breakfasty stuff in it.

Fatties are amazing but so rich I can't do them anymore. Is there a secret to cutting the richness with other items?Dyal_SC said:Still remember this fatty. One of my better bacon weaves. Had a bunch of breakfasty stuff in it.

Yeah they can be a little rich. I usually use venison with sausage spices and it’s leaner. Not too lean though or else you may wanna add some pork sausage to the mix. The bacon keeps it moist. This one had cheese, eggs, japs, and maybe a coupla more fillings.TechsasJim said:

A bed of hash browns. Freshly grated, soaked in a light brine for 20-30 minutes, squeezed/spun dry, then fried with a very light dusting of curry powder.TechsasJim said:

Something a little different from awhile back. Personal sized dessert pizza on the Mini, drizzled with honey and espresso dark balsamic. Added some whipped cream cheese, kiwis, blackberries, raspberries and powdered sugar at the end. Had a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side with the espresso dark balsamic drizzled on that too.
