New Here, my Medium Egg is my favorite cooker

Hi all, new here - just thought I would say hello since I've been reading for months now and not really participating. I have a couple opinions...might share, but seems some members are welcomed, and others blamed for how ruinous this forum has become. Any rhyme or reason how to stay in our out of one camp or the other??

Thank you both! Medium is our favorite - we call it our steak cooker...fires up hot and super fast. Had an XL but it was sold during a move. Decided to get one of those 'red' ones for the 24" replacement! Don't hold it against us! The kamados are all really great cooking devices. The medium has just always been the go-to dragon for steaks. Thanks for chiming back

Welcome to the club. Share away, most here are friends (sometimes hard to tell), but all are welcome. You will learn to filter out the chaff and take away what you want.
Some of the issues go back years and have become part of the charm.
Also, my Medium is my absolute favorite Egg.I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

You are correct. It comes from an old timer, @littlesteven ,who unfortunately passed away. One of many many great members. Just focus on posting cooks and enjoying that side of the forum. IF you dive into one of the mega threads, don't take anything personally.
