I'm in but he lost me at no condiments or lettuce.

Agree…got to have ketsup & onions at the least. And pickles. And maybe some Blues Hog sauce.
-
Condiments mask the chipotle flavor.

Anybody care to summarize his video? I turned it off after 30 sec.

73 percent lean burger, one pound. Garlic powder. Half a bottle chipotle tobasco. Orange american cheese. Soft Bunns, squeeze them. Skillet or flat top to keep them greasy. Thin burgers. Don't add anything else. Maybe talk delusion speak while cooking. Throw out the burger fixings. Basically a greasy drippy burger smothered with crappy cheeseOzzie_Isaac said:Anybody care to summarize his video? Thank you! So basically a cheap greasy spoon burger served at the counter with an empty ketchup bottle and plastic salt & pepper shakers.fishlessman said:

Yep. With a hefty amount of chipotle tabasco mixed into the beef before cooking. I don’t think that’s standard, but then I have never worked in sales…Ozzie_Isaac said:

Not trying to take away from this, but if I was going to try this, I would make up an adobo like the one @lkapigian shared, mix that in and use 25-50% ground pork in the meat. Definitely use leaner beef if you go 50/50.
I sure as sh it wouldn’t put blues hog on it. Lmao.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER
