Not trying to take away from this, but if I was going to try this, I would make up an adobo like the one @lkapigian shared, mix that in and use 25-50% ground pork in the meat. Definitely use leaner beef if you go 50/50.
I sure as sh it wouldn’t put blues hog on it. Lmao.Love you bro!
