I have one rack of pork ribs. What is the best way to cook on the small egg? I have the Grill Store set up. Cut in half to fit?
Thanks

That’s what I’d do.

They roll up nicely if you don't want to cut in half.Clinton, Iowa -
I have cut them all individually and piled them up. Of course, I’ve also deep fried them, so probably don’t listen to me.

Did you smoke some ribs yet, my fellow Michigander?Large, Medium, MiniMax, 36" Blackstone

Is it just me, or does this thread offer up some examples of what one CAN do vs what one SHOULD do?
Note: I'm not judging. I'm the guy who cooked a meal in a shoebox just because someone here challenged me to do so. I proved I COULD do it - doesn't meant that anyone SHOULD do it...
Just cut the rack in half and cook the two halves. Make sure the ends are protected from rising heat. I’ve done three racks on mine. Cut in half and stand them up so the bones are vertical. Rotate as needed.Large and Small BGECentral, IL

"Minds Eye". a fine poem.
I can see it in my minds eye tooFoghorn cooked in a box for shoeWhat he made was food from the soleBut tasted like a toasted cotton boleIm not implying his cooking is rottenI'm saying the shoes inside were cotton.
I'm not telling you this to be mean and evilHe just forgot to take out all the weavelThe box felt like there was no shoe in siteHe just didn't know that weavels are lightIt's hard for me to tell if his story is real.
Or he has a loose interpretation of the word meal

We are presenting ALL of the options.
The OP should try them all, IMHO. That way he can decide what is best.Clinton, Iowa -
