I have one rack of pork ribs. What is the best way to cook on the small egg? I have the Grill Store set up. Cut in half to fit?
 Thanks

    That’s what I’d do.

They roll up nicely if you don't want to cut in half.

I have cut them all individually and piled them up.  Of course, I’ve also deep fried them, so probably don’t listen to me.

Did you smoke some ribs yet,  my fellow Michigander?

Is it just me, or does this thread offer up some examples of what one CAN do vs what one SHOULD do?

Note: I'm not judging.  I'm the guy who cooked a meal in a shoebox just because someone here challenged me to do so.  I proved I COULD do it - doesn't meant that anyone SHOULD do it...

Just cut the rack in half and cook the two halves.  Make sure the ends are protected from rising heat.  Put some foil on the grate if necessary.

I can see the recipe instructions in my minds eye.  <stumpbaby enters to write a dissertation on "minds eye">

Step 4: Pile your ribs on your cooking device as you would pile up a heap of garbage.

Have you EVER known the denizens here to offer up what SHOULD be done?

I’ve done three racks on mine. Cut in half and stand them up so the bones are vertical. Rotate as needed.

    "Minds Eye". a fine poem.

I can see it in my minds eye too
Foghorn cooked in a box for shoe
What he made was food from the sole
But tasted like a toasted cotton bole
Im not implying his cooking is rotten
I'm saying the shoes inside were cotton.
I'm not telling you  this to be mean and evil
He just forgot to take out all the weavel
The box felt like there was no shoe in site
He just didn't know that weavels are light
It's hard for me to tell if his story is real.
Or he has a loose interpretation of the word meal

    The OP, @otter asked:

     Thanks
    "best" is subjective.

We are presenting ALL of the options.

The OP should try them all, IMHO.  That way he can decide what is best.
