A lot of talk around here about tater tots. Those are great when you have the munchies, which I have a lot. I just saw a recipe by that Kenji guy so many of you think is a food genius.

I haven't tried this yet because I'm lazy and the ones I can buy frozen are pretty good, and we never seem to run out of good things in California, except for water. I like to toss mine with some sriracha mayo. Anyway, I thought some of you would like this recipe since all the grocery shortages mean you can't get them or something.
