OT: Homemade Tits!

A lot of talk around here about tater tots.  Those are great when you have the munchies, which I have a lot.  I just saw a recipe by that Kenji guy so many of you think is a food genius.

I haven't tried this yet because I'm lazy and the ones I can buy frozen are pretty good, and we never seem to run out of good things in California, except for water.  I like to toss mine with some sriracha mayo.  Anyway, I thought some of you would like this recipe since all the grocery shortages mean you can't get them or something.

Two thoughts. One, what are you generally conversing about that led to autocorrect assuming you meant tits other than tots? And second, thank you for this. May be as legendary as @MrCookingNurse's KY in the background photo.

That is hilarious, and also very insightful.  It supports the view that no idea during a brainstorming session is a bad idea.  I plan to share this with the team during our next All Hands meeting.  Really looking forward to the results.
