Lottery tickets.Coworker scratched off 2,000,000.00 a couple days ago. I’ll start looking for his replacement Monday. 53 with vested pension available at 59 1/2. I’m thinking his motivation has likely left the building. Good for him. 🥃

Very cool! Perfect age to hit the loto.pgprescott said:Lottery tickets.Coworker scratched off 2,000,000.00 a couple days ago. That's not enough to quit if your coworker hasn't properly prepared for retirement. This could get them back to what they need plus pay off house, kids university, kids wedding, etc.pgprescott said:Lottery tickets.Coworker scratched off 2,000,000.00 a couple days ago. He’s already whole and has a pension coming in 6 years. It’s plenty in his case. Plenty.RyanStl said:

I had a neighbor/ sisters best friend family hit the lottery at $180,000,000. With that much money you don't have to worry about your current wife, your kids, or any future weddings. The Dad bought a new Corvette, a new wife, and a brand new house on a premier lake in northern MN.
$2 million sounds about perfect. Hell, I'll take $20 dollars."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

SWMBO is planning a Disney trip. Reservations are being made. I poured a bourbon and asked not to be told what the final damage is.

Just ordered some Rockwood.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Funny, I just bought a bag from the local Ace.lousubcap said:Just ordered some Rockwood."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

I took advantage on the on-line sale. I may have stretched my "simplifying my life approach" a bit. The nearest Ace for me is 15 miles away. So, I just use the on-line option. Besides the carrier is UPS so there's that!

I certainly could use it, but at $2 million I'm not quitting my day job. I would keep my mouth shut about it and live comfortably. $180 million, I would let the money work for me.WeberWho said:RyanStl said:

I pulled a @nolaegghead , went looking for a GShock at REI and saw this BM Carbon Fiber Bugout with SV90 in the display case. It was an "open box return" complaining about the release sometimes catching. Well I looked it over, blade was centered, grind looked good, and action was completely smooth. For $100 off, I was pretty happy. Most annoying thing was they marked the CF scale with a paint pen so it didn't get mixed in with the new knives. Not sure best way to clean it, but since this will be my new EDC it may just wear off.

I would rather light a candle than curse your darkness.

Nice. You can’t hurt those scales. Steel wool, sandpaper, whatever it takes.______________________________________________I love lamp..

I scored what I believe to be a Hobart Kitchenaid mixer for $20. It's missing a knob and the front attachment cap. (I believe I have a spare) The mixer itself is really clean or should I say will clean up nice after going through it. It will need new grease and a scrubbing. She purrs just like my other Hobart Kitchenaid mixer. (It's real quiet. I won't know if it's a true Hobart until I crack it open but it's identical in sound and the color is an almond. Hobart color area)

Pleats-much more styling with the pleats!
Edit: I have always been a pleats tuxedo shirt guy but I am old so factor that in to my above comment.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
