Got started early. Rain expected

Printed some new towels etc so don't hate to hard on the product placement. Couldn't help it.  Mostly for the folks that had me print there's.  Sliced apples and apple juice for moisture on the egg.  Indirect.  Injected and 2 step cajun rub.  Deep fried the other.  Good times.  Happy holidays.
