First cook - porterhouse

Options
First cook on our LBGE - porterhouse steak.  Wife likes the filet portion a little rare and I like the other side on the medium rare side, had to cut her piece off and then put back in a for minute or two.  We absolutely loved the taste. 

BB ribs planned for Sunday.  


After living on both coasts, I've made my way back to the mid-west, Illinois to be exact.
