My dad wanted something you could just turn on. Seemed like maybe a good compromise. It cooks just ok but we've used it 6 times and ignitor is burnt out. The temp control is pretty poor for a pellet grill too.JohnInCarolina said:

Sorry to hear that. I do know people who have regular pellet smokers, like the Traegers, and they actually like them a lot. Some limits on what you can do, but the set it and forget it aspect and overall ease of use is definitely the appeal.BSR said:

Oh that's the other thing, the hopper is tiny I bet you'd be refilling before a brisket was done although in fairness I haven't tried yet. I have had to refil in one night's cooking though.JohnInCarolina said:
