Those look terrific! I just finished using the first batch, mostly on hot cocoa for my wife. Homemade are more tender and melt more readily on the drink.

I thought it would be a sticky mess when I made the first batch, but, as long as you work quickly and lube stuff a little, you get a good-looking pan like @CPARKTX2 . Once they cool-off/set-up, a pizza slicer wiped with a little lube works great.
