Chicken wings. Brined 24 hours then tossed in an herbal rub. Slow roasted to render off most of the fat and reach "falling off the bone" status. These are not competition wings, they're better.Michiana, South of the border.

Dude, you read my mind, concerning the Harissa at least. I have a jar of it that’s been kicking around the cupboard for awhile and planned to use it on some wings. I’m in the same boat - 5 to 10” of snow starting any minute. Will just grill the Green Lightning Shrimp on the stove top and cook the wings in the oven.Langner91 said:Maybe I won't cook on the egg today.....

34 degrees? That's sounds awesome, that's 49 degrees warmer than here right now! I don't like snow, but I'd take some with those temperatures. 15 below here, but Mama wants wings and bacon wrapped jalapenos on the egg so I suppose I'll have to suffer through it. Haha!

Hopefully pulled pork sandwiches. Might have to go turbo shortly because this sumbish has been stalled forever now.

I started mine yesterday at 250-275 and after six hours or so brought it up to 350 and I think it eventually drifted to 375. I didn’t have sugar in my rub, so no problem. Great bark even after hours of FTC.SaltySam said:Hopefully pulled pork sandwiches. Might have to go turbo shortly because this sumbish has been stalled forever now.

Pizzas, duh.
#1. Sausage, Mushroom, Green Pepper, Traditional Sauce, Mozz.
#2. Pulled Pork, Smoked Gouda, Red Onion, Cilantro, Stubbs BBQ Sauce.
#3. Caramelized Onions, Goat Cheese, Olive Oil Base.
#4. White Pizza: Ricotta, Feta, Goat, Mozz., Arugula.
No way in hell we'll eat all this but it's fun trying different combos and when it only takes 90 seconds per pie, why not!

Stuff cooks different at -2°F.

But, I had to grill the wings. Couldn't make myself put them in the oven.
The rub was 50% Honey Hog HOT and 50% Holy Gospel. Something new I guess. Normally, I use other rubs.
Decided to Sous Vide some shrimp in Old Bay.
Maybe a frozen pizza (I know, I know) and that will do it. I am several Crown Royals in. Thanks to my sisters for the Birthday present!
I might not make it to halftime!
