I was a Reliability Engineer for about half my career.  With zero failures, you cannot calculate reliability, success rate, MTBF, or if your wayward pinkie is grotesque.

Well- guess you will be able to figure out OSU’s reliability here in a bit.

He is good and considering how many receivers had season best with Shaun wade defending them this season, Buckeye fans not that surprised unfortunately.

I would argue he's better than good, given he's won every award possible, including  the Heisman. He'll set a record tonite.

In a championship game? He is from a small town in Louisiana. BTW, neither of these teams could hang with LSU team last year.

Ok.  Officially not a game anymore except maybe OSU is trying to make Notre Dame look better...or rather...worse by association.

Hopefully the next season will have stadiums full of actual people.  This game was weird not having a screaming crowd.  I guess they didn't have the NFL sound track, and there weren't enough people to really hear well

That said, the virus is mutating like, umm....a virus.  And we really don't know with any certainty where we'll be next Sept.

It seems a large can of Whoop-ass got opened and OSU got force fed. Couldn't have happened to a nicer bunch.

He did set CFP Championship game records. And, he only played the first half. If he'd played second half probably a couple more Bama TD's and we'd get to see next year's QB, Bryce Young.

This was a special Bama team in a year of great difficulty for all teams. I've been a season ticket holder for 35 years and this is probably the best Alabama team I've ever seen. '92 National Champs were close, but that team was all about defense with 9 of the 11 defensive starters going to the NFL.

    ROLL TIDE!!

No doubt. I actually like ole Sabin and wish him continued success. However being a long time Bama fan it does sting a little to see him surpass the Bear as Bamas greatest coach. I’m probably not the only person who feels that way.

  • Hopefully after last night, Saban won’t have to keep doing those Aflac commercials to supplement his income.

No doubt on the Bear. We use a goal setting curriculum that I facilitate. He uses the same curriculum we do and has input for it. Besides being an exceptional football coach, he is a very good life coach as well.
As a side note @JohnInCarolina, I also consider "K" GOAT as well and you know where my NCAA allegiance lies.

Saban is the GOAT. He’s THE benchmark to follow in every collegiate program nationwide. His methods, his coaching trees, his beliefs. Proof is in the pudding. His players are consistently successful in the NFL, his assistant coaches are poached annually for better positions in other programs who want to be like Bama. Under contract till 2025, wonder how many more he’ll win?

Les won with Saban’s players. Hard to disprove that. The backers called for his head for his lack of winning the “big games” (namely bama). Coach O will suffer the same fate...

Unless you're the Horns, recruiting is everything, and getting a good QB is above that.  At that point, it's yours to lose.  There's a horse and cart issue here, recruits want to go to winning programs.
