    OK.  Since we're going there.  Last evening I cut my 6 bone in half.

    We figured that 7 pounds of rib roast would be enough for 4 of us.  I cut the other half into 3 individual "steaks" - of about 2 pounds each.

    I had those same thoughts.  I've been passing up photo ops for my massive thing all of my adult life.
