I have been using this flexible mic stand with a mic holder to hold a flashlight. I upgraded to a camera light I found on Amazon and this works so much better, more light.
It ain't cool if it ain't green.

The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

I have one of the out door spot lights on my roof eaves aimed at the Egg. That seems to work fine.

Here ya go. It is dimmable and provides 3x the amount of lumens as the LED flashlight I was using.

This is what I use ... straps to the BGE handle. Auto on when you open the dome, auto off when you close the dome ... it is the best thing I have been able to find in my world search for something ... which all ended the minute I came across this.

Your new light is a nice one!
I have one that attaches to a hard hat that I have used for 20 years now. The cool thing is that light knows EXACTLY what I am looking at even when I turn my head and even walk away! How does it know how to do that???Re-gasketing America one yard at a time. -
