New Light

I have been using this flexible mic stand with a mic holder to hold a flashlight.  I upgraded to a camera light I found on Amazon and this works so much better, more light.

I have one of the out door spot lights on my roof eaves aimed at the Egg. That seems to work fine.

This is what I use ... straps to the BGE handle. Auto on when you open the dome, auto off when you close the dome ... it is the best thing I have been able to find in my world search for something ... which all ended the minute I came across this.

Your new light is a nice one!

 I have one that attaches to a hard hat that I have used for 20 years now. The cool thing is that light knows EXACTLY what I am looking at even when I turn my head and even walk away! How does it know how to do that???

So you’re putting on a hard hat when you go out to check your Egg at night?  I guess the other advantage of that is it protects you against hunks of brisket falling from the sky.

Same Magic that they put in a Thermos bottle.  You put in hot things and they stay hot, but if you put in cold things, they stay cold!
How does it know?!?
