Cooking YouTube Channels

What cooking channels does everyone watch on YouTube? I get a lot of my inspiration from stuff I see on YouTube. Malcolm Reed is always good and I’ve been digging all things bbq lately. Swine life bbq has some interesting recipes as well. Any other YouTube channels out there putting out good content right now?

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"

Cowboy Kent Rollins. He's not the most sophisticated cook but he makes up for it in cool. Easy on the ears and I enjoy his videos he puts out."The pig is an amazing animal. You feed a pig an apple and it makes bacon. Let's see Michael Phelps do that" - Jim Gaffigan

Maybe Steven Raichlen has a YouTube channel? If @Griffin has started videos, Steven could put them on his channel.

Not grill related, but I have been watching a lot of Jacques Pepin lately. He is like the Bob Ross of cooking to me - relaxed and always giving good instructions. The man is a wizard with a knife. I could watch him cut up onions, etc for hours.

"BBQ iT" - has some decent reviews. He is a Weber guy but his content is well made.
BBQwithFranklin - Aaron Franklin's Channel before he moved over to Masterclass. Great commentary and interviews with the Brisket king himself.
Binging with Babish / Basics with Babish - General cooking less smoking / grilling.
Recteq bbq - I know, I know those pellet guys.. nut they have some decent recipes to share and the content is good which always helps.

Pretty quick skim through comments, but I think I'm avoiding repeats:
- Meat Church
- BBQ Pit Boys (Several recipes are off the mainstream grid, but lotsa fun. The Bacon Wrapped Burger Dogs are clutch on game day.)
- Hey Grill, Hey (The Garlic Butter Smoked Prime Rib is crazy good for holidays/special occasions.)
Keep an eye/ear out for tips, techniques and DIY hacks, too.
Have fun!Tim

Another one who is fun to watch is Darren McGrady, former chef to the English royal family.Cincinnati, Ohio. Large BGE since 2011. Still learning.

Former chef to which royal family? I saw a special once where some famous chef recreated recipes they got from documents that they researched from King Henry's court, and there was some kind of pie that he made and ate on camera, in the very fireplace in one of his castles that it would have been cooked in originally. When he tasted it, itOhioEgger said:Another one who is fun to watch is Darren McGrady, former chef to the English royal family.
made his lips look like a sphincter and eyes close tightly. I'm guessing it was a really tough a$$ pie
That was fun to watch until the end there...
