It’s probably just me, but I can’t stand watching cooking videos and skip past them when I google for recipes. But I do watch that Hussey guy as long as he keeps sending the checks.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

Could be close to that for me too, I’m not a YouTube guy for anything longer than a couple of minutes. It’s a me problem.Ozzie_Isaac said:

I like a lot of the channels listed already. I also like Glen and Friends. He usually puts out three videos a week. During the week, he puts out one on cocktails. For the others, lately he’s been making no-churn ice cream on one of the videos. The other video on Sunday is dedicated to cooking recipes from old cookbooks (pre WWII). He has done a lot of things including dry aging beef. Not a bbq channel, but it’s interesting.Flint, Michigan

Wow. I am surprised it took this far, and I am the first to mention him, but Brian Lagerstrom. If you haven't watched any of his videos, I definitely recommend his channel.

I mentioned "Pro Home Cooks", above. This particular video popped up this morning, although it's two years old. He actually does a whole bunch of different things here:
1. Two different types of truffle cheese
2. Mills/sifts his own flour
3. An olive/date sourdough loaf with home-grown starter
4. Concord-grape flavored Kombucha

I'm wanting a bigger kitchen.
