What’s everybody using for a peel? Any good online sources other than amazon? I try to limit my biz with them as much as possible, but sometimes it just can’t be avoided.

I bought two of these in 1996. About 12x14". Got 'em at a local restaurant supply store, dirt cheap.

Like other things to each his own, but I prefer to use my metal peel for ingress and egress, but cut on and serve from using my wooden peel.Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

@RRP I’ve been using the metal peel for a couple years, but I’m sick of having to dust the hell out of it with flour to make sure the dough slides onto the steel well.

unfinished wood peel here, they break in even better with knife scratches from cutting pies over time

Wood Peel dusted with Corn Meal to prep and launch Pizza. Metal peel to rotate mid cook and remove.
