OT - Pizza Peel Questions/Recommendations?

I say stick with the metal and use parchment paper. Also, the metal peel is more versatile. You can always take the parchment paper out around half-way through the bake, but all of my pizzas have been amazing!

Didn’t pay attention to shipping, makes more sense for in store shoppers, Amazon probably has it too, main purpose was to share the model for anyone interested.  Got mine from a restaurant supply store in person in GWN.

I build on the counter, launch with the large aluminum peel, turn and retrieve with the smaller one

Not the whole peel, just the bottom edge that picks up considerable burnt floor from oven floor after cooking usually 8+ pie batch. I should remember to clear the floor with the copper pipe blowjob
