    Dang- I have experienced quite a fat drip cook audible ( I caught it before it won the day) but I'm sure that beyond the crunchy bark there were bits of flavour goodness.  
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

    It occurs to me that you're responsible for more than your fair share of burned chickens on this forum over the years, this NC Smokey version just being the latest.  While I'm sure you'd hesitate to take the credit for the many who have self-immolated, I applaud your service to this community for shining a light on the remains, so that others can hopefully learn from the mistakes.
