Dang- I have experienced quite a fat drip cook audible ( I caught it before it won the day) but I'm sure that beyond the crunchy bark there were bits of flavour goodness.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
