OT - homemade gyro sausage, tzatziki and pita sandwich

OT because this was not a BGE cook, but one I thought I would share. 
Homemade gyro sausage:


Made some tzatziki sauce (no pictures) and my wife said she would take care of the rest.  Little did I know: homemade pitas. This was her first attempt and she hit it out of the park.  They were perfect. 




Grilled the sausage: 


Cooked up some onions and peppers:


Made the meal...  these did not suck at all.
