Pork Shoulder Cuts from Costco

Was looking for a whole pork shoulder but all I could find was Costco had a pork shoulder cut into 1/4's.  How do I cook this for pulled pork?  or another recipe.  Since it is not whole, how do I cook it?

    looks like they De-boned the pork shoulder and cut it into 1/4's.  Do I need to tie it together?  if so, any suggestions?

    You can cook them separately or together. Separately they will cook faster and have more bark - and may be a little less juicy on the inside. I guess it depends on how much food you need/want.

    Pork Steaks are a delight.  I season with Lawry's and pepper, 250 indirect, finish direct with sauce on.

    I had never heard of a pork steak until I moved to STL...They are everywhere and I prefer over chops all day.
