couldnt pass up on it. This is the company who fabricated Myron Mixons cookers before he got all Hollywood. Maxey Fabrications 3x5 water pan cooker.

i forgot how much fuel they use.
but I also forgot the flavor profile you get with one.
ive been cooking on Stumps and Eggs for the last several years.
The Lang and Maxey definitely offer up a very different flavor
